The architecture, lobby interiors, terrace lounge and other shared spaces follow a single visual code.

The palette is composed of noble, almost monochrome dark tones, paired with cool beige and brass. Warm light becomes the key accent both on the facade and within the interiors, softening the architectural rigor and adding a sense of warmth.

Another defining element of the visual code is greenery: the conifer garden within the development and the vast green expanse of Serebryany Bor, visible from the residences.

Architecture

Dom Gorizontov is a true manifesto of new metropolitan architecture. Behind its visual sophistication lies an exceptional level of engineering precision.

To fully reveal the project’s panoramic potential, Kleinewelt Architekten placed the staircases, lifts and engineering systems along the southern side of the building — the side with the least significant views. This allowed the residences to be oriented towards the finest panoramas, making the horizon part of the interior.
