Architecture
Dom Gorizontov is a true manifesto of new metropolitan architecture. Behind its visual sophistication lies an exceptional level of engineering precision.
To fully reveal the project’s panoramic potential, Kleinewelt Architekten placed the staircases, lifts and engineering systems along the southern side of the building — the side with the least significant views. This allowed the residences to be oriented towards the finest panoramas, making the horizon part of the interior.
Interiors
The shared spaces at Dom Gorizontov are designed to be as private as possible. From the very first moment, residents understand that the environment has been created for them — with respect for their boundaries, routines and needs. The interiors by HAAST are equally suited to quiet relaxation, business meetings, conversations with friends or simply waiting in comfort for someone to come downstairs.

The lobby is reserved exclusively for residents. Couriers follow a separate route, while parcels are delivered within the building by a bellman.
The lobby is immersed in a soft pastel palette: noble natural stone, warm wood and and a shimmering terrazzo floor. The composition is completed by an exceptional bespoke light installation created exclusively for Dom Gorizontov.
